Since its inception, National Baptist Deacons Convention has contributed nearly $ 500,000.00 to national, regional, and local charities, as well as to scholarships and foreign missions.

· Repaired hurricane damage to underinsured churches -South Carolina

· Chestnut Street Nursing Home -Pennsylvania

· Rebuilt Virginia Union Seminary chapel destroyed by fire -Virginia

· A food program for the homeless -Maryland

· The American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund -National

· The United Negro College Fund -National

· Jenkins Orphanage -South Carolina

· Maryland Baptist Home for the Aged -Maryland

· A pediatric cancer program —Florida

· Christian Children's School -Haiti

· Layton Home for Girls and the Emanuel Dining Room -Delaware

· Albany State University restoration after flood -Georgia

· National Association for the Advancement of Colored People

· Several regional scholarship funds

· A food program for the impoverished -Connecticut

· The Lott Carey Foreign Mission -International

· Virginia Baptist Children's Home -Virginia

· Monmouth Bible College -New Jersey

· Masonic Home for the Aged -Connecticut

· Ministry for the incarcerated and their families -Florida

· Stoddard Baptist Home -District of Columbia

· Direct support to Gulf Coast hurricane survivors

· Developed and maintained Christian leadership workshops to help lay                           leaders assist Pastors and be effective in their communities;

· Presented  symposiums  on  contemporary   topics   to   improve  the   flow  of information regarding challenges to daily living;

· Instituted   Health   Awareness   Seminars   to   encourage   preventive health maintenance and to spread knowledge about health care and Godly living;

· Encouraged  community,   state,   and  national   leaders  to   act  constructively regarding moral issues, including education, crime prevention, senior citizens, health care and overall community well-being.
